All our products are 100% genuine and brand new, with products supplied by highly reputable suppliers. Many of our products have the brand QR code which you can use to verify.

All orders are shipped using next day delivery. If the item was ordered by 1pm on a working day it will be shipped out the same day otherwise it will be shipped out next working day. Check our shipping and returns page.

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges as long as the order was returned within 14 days in the original condition. However, we are not responsible for paying the postage fee of the return. Check our shipping and returns page.

Yes, if you want to cancel your order notify us as soon as possible and we can provide you with either an exchange or full refund
