Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item contact us and send the item back within 14 days, and you can decide between a full refund or store credit of equal value. We are not responsible for the postage fee with regards to the return.

The item must still have all tags attached and must not have been worn. If the tags are not attached and there are signs of wear or damage the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense and BlackFrostAttire will no longer be liable.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns will only be accepted within a 14 day period of the product being delivered.

Shipping

All Uk orders will be shipped free of charge with next day 1pm guaranteed. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. You will be notified once purchase has been shipped with the tracking number.

For International customers shipping will be determined by which your country is located in. All EU zone 1 and 2 countries will be charged £15, all EU zone 3 countries will be charged £25, rest of the world will be charged £40. It would be beneficial for all international customers to contact us via email or instagram before placing an order to ensure a smoother customer experience.

BlackFrostAttire reserve the right to deem successfully delivered tracking and signature provided by the courier service tracking system as proof of customer receiving the item consequently we at BlackFrostAttire are no longer liable. All parcels will be insured by Royal Mail, therefore any parcels that do not arrive will be refunded. BlackFrostAttire will not be liable if the incorrect address is used, but contact us if this is the case and we will help redirect the parcel if it has not already been delivered.
